B.I.M. Corporation works with leaders who need clearer decisions — in strategy, evaluation, organizational development, and business intelligence. We do not start with software. We start with the decision in front of the client.
We are building a standing pool of independent consultants we can call when an engagement needs additional depth, language, sector knowledge, or delivery capacity.

Who we look for
We welcome mid- to senior-level practitioners in one or more of these areas:

Strategy and decision advisory

Program evaluation and impact measurement (baseline, midterm, endline)

Organizational and program development

Business intelligence, dashboards, and practical analytics

Capacity building and leadership development

Research design, qualitative and quantitative methods
Especially useful: experience with international development, NGOs, education, public health, or growing enterprises — and work across Africa, Europe, and North America.
How the pool works
This is not a full-time job posting.
• You remain independent.
• We contact you when a project matches your expertise.
• Engagements are scoped, paid, and time-bound.
• Some work is remote; some requires travel.
• We value clear writing, honest analysis, and delivery that clients can use.
What we expect

Demonstrated advisory or evaluation work, not only credentials.

Comfort briefing executives and writing findings they can act on.

Professional discretion and reliable communication.

Ability to work in English; French is a strong advantage.
CMC, evaluation credentials, or graduate teaching experience are welcome but not required.
